Dumped!
Too many people take a pet only to dump it when they have grown tired of it or when it has become an inconvenience. INGRID 's HAVEN committed to helping these unfortunate animals to find a new caring home and save them from suffering.
Abandoned!
At the moment, INGRID 's HAVEN has a large number of adult cats as well as kittens looking for a new home. Please check this out in photo gallery.
Cost.
INGRID 's HAVEN is a non profit venture. Funds are raised through voluntary donations, garage and market sales. Seeing that all animals placed by INGRID 's HAVEN have been de-sexed, wormed, de-flead and micro-chipped there is a need to charge a small fee for all pets picked up.
Where?
INGRID 's HAVEN is based in Wallan East along the Hume Highway, less than an hours drive from the Melbourne CBD, Victoria, Australia. INGRID 's HAVEN works closely with the local ranger and vet clinic and receive pets that are likely to find new homes direct from them. INGRID 's HAVEN does not accept animals direct from people as it is their own responsibility to look after them.
It is a never ending task to look after the pets that have been dumped by uncaring or ignorant individuals.
Hopefully, you will be able to give one of those poor creatures a loving, permanent home or you may be able to help in some other way. In such a case, INGRID 's HAVEN would like to hear from you.
